Dhanurasana
Bending back into the shape of a bow to feel energetically locked, loaded, and ready to take aim.

Increases blood flow to your digestive system, improves posture, relieves mild backaches, fatigue, anxiety, and menstrual discomfort, besides many other perks.
What I like about it
This pose helps us to fight fatigue by giving us an extra boost while stimulating abdominal organs and improving our posture.
Parivrtta Janu Sirsasana
Revolved Head-to-Knee Pose, or Parivrtta Janu Sirsasana, offers a deep, vivid stretch to the side body paired with loving and heart-opening movement.
Pose benefits
stretches the spine, shoulders, and hamstrings, stimulates your abdominal organs, such as the liver and kidneys, and improves overall digestion.
What I like about it
This pose is relaxing and energizing at the same time, allowing us to breathe more deeply and stretch more intensely.
Salamba Sirsasana
Standing on your head in Salamba Sirsasana (Supported Headstand) strengthens the whole body and calms the brain.

Improves body awareness, circulation, and posture. It can help reduce swelling in your ankles and feet, boost energy, fight fatigue, and build confidence.
What I like about it
This pose challenges us to approach it mentally first, giving us a new and fresh perspective while being upside down.
